Initial 30 minute consultation is free. 

I hour counseling session  $79: Includes meal plans, dietary analysis, calorie counts, and personal counseling.

Package of 4 sessions $300:  E-mail support, friendly reminder texts, weight tracking, grocery lists, cooking assistance, pantry make-over, food journal review and more!

Refer 2 friends and recieve a free session! You can also sign up for double sessions with a friend to have extra support from eachother!
